Common use of Minimum Amount of Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amount of Liability Insurance. Such insurance shall be effected with an insurer and in terms approved by the Employer, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and for at least the amount specified in the contract. The Contractor shall, whenever required by the Employer or the Engineer, produce to the Engineer the policy or policies of insurance and the receipts for payment of the current premiums.
