The amount of coverage under such policy shall be no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. Coverage shall include, Premises and Operations, Independent Contractors, Products and Completed Operations, Contractual Liability and Broad Form Property Damage coverage. If a general aggregate is used, the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the project or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the occurrence limit.
