MINIMUM ANNUAL ROYALTY Termination. This SUB-LICENSE shall automatically terminate at midnight on the expiration of the thirty (30) day cure period commencing on the date of receipt of written notice if the MINIMUM ANNUAL ROYALTY for any calendar year, together with any interest and surcharge that may be due as prescribed in Article 4, has not been paid.
