Common use of Minimum Balance Fee Clause in Contracts

Minimum Balance Fee. On the first day of each month, commencing on April 1, 2023, the Borrowers agree to pay to Agent, for the ratable benefit of all Lenders, the sum of the Minimum Balance Fees due for the prior month. The Minimum Balance Fee shall be deemed fully earned when due and payable and, once paid, shall be non-refundable.
