Minimum Payment. You agree to pay us at least the minimum payment requested by the payment due date shown on a statement. If we request, you also agree to pay us any overlimit and overdue amounts immediately. If you do not receive a statement in any month, for example as a result of postal delay or interruption, you must contact us to check what minimum payment is due and the due date. The method for determining the minimum payment is set out in the information box. You can always pay us (i) more than the minimum payment, (ii) before the payment due date, (iii) more often than once a month, or (iv) the outstanding balance at any time. If your primary address changes to or from Quebec, the applicable minimum due calculation will take effect on your next statement. Please note that a credit to your account, for example as a result of return of goods to a merchant or a service fee credit, does not constitute a payment to your account and does not satisfy the requirement to pay the minimum payment due.
Minimum Payment. You must pay at least the Minimum Payment shown on your statement on or before each Payment Due Date. We calculate the minimum payment as described in the Disclosure Statement.
Minimum Payment. An employee required to work on a public holiday or the day after Good Friday will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work at the rate of double time and a half.
Minimum Payment. An Employee (other than a shiftworker) required to work overtime on a RDO, Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday prescribed in this Agreement must be paid a minimum of four hours at the relevant penalty rate, as set out in clause 7.1(a) (RDO), clause 7.1(a) (Saturday), clause 7.4 (Sunday or public holiday).
Minimum Payment. You agree that, on or before the due date indicated on your periodic statement, you will pay at least the minimum payment that is required under this Agreement and is specified on the periodic statement. The method of determining this amount is set forth in Section 2.d of Part B below for a Line of Credit and Section 12.b of Part C below for a Credit Card.
Minimum Payment. If you have an outstanding balance, we must receive your minimum payment as set forth in section 2 "Making Payments" below. The minimum payment will be the greater of:
(i) $35, or
(ii) One percent (1%) of the New Balance plus:
(a) The periodic interest charges for the Billing Cycle; plus
(b) The full amount of any transaction fees (such as Cash Advance, Balance Transfer and Foreign Transaction Fees) owed for the Billing Cycle; plus
(c) The full amount of any Annual Membership Fee, Late Payment or Returned Payment Fee or other applicable fees owed. In addition, any past due minimum payment amounts will be added to your current minimum payment due. If your New Balance is less than $35, your minimum payment will equal your New Balance. Credits, Payment Plus credits (if you have a Payment Plus Account), adjustments, refunds, prepayments and similar Account transactions may not be used in place of payment of any portion of a required minimum payment. You may pay more than the minimum payment due (this is a prepayment) without any penalty. The sooner you pay the New Balance, the less you will pay in interest charges. A prepayment in one Billing Cycle will not excuse you from paying the minimum payment due in the next Billing Cycle.
