Minimum Batch Size and Minimum Order Size. The Parties shall agree upon a minimum batch size and a minimum order size for the manufacture and supply of Licensed Compound or Products according to industry standard and such quantities shall be commercially reasonable vis-à-vis (a) the anticipated ▇▇▇▇ needs, (b) transportation and quality control release dates, and (c) the minimum shelf life.
