Common use of Minimum Continuous Service Requirements Clause in Contracts

Minimum Continuous Service Requirements. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to any benefit described in this Section until the employee has completed a minimum of five (5) years of actual and continuous service as an employee for Prince Xxxxxx's County.
