Minimum Daily Fresh Water Volume Commitment. (a) In addition to the fees payable by Producer to Antero Water pursuant to Section 7.1(a), Producer shall pay Antero Water and, if applicable, Antero Water shall pay Producer the amounts provided for in this Section 7.2 in respect of the Minimum Daily Fresh Water Volume Commitment.
