Minimum Donation Increments Clause Samples

The Minimum Donation Increments clause sets a required minimum amount by which donations can be increased in each transaction. For example, if the minimum increment is set at $10, donors can only increase their contributions in multiples of $10, such as $10, $20, $30, and so on. This clause ensures consistency in donation amounts, simplifies processing, and helps organizations manage and predict donation flows more effectively.
Minimum Donation Increments. The minimum amount of leave time which can be donated shall be one (1) hour. Donors may contribute any amount of time at or above one (1) hour in whole amounts (no fractions of an hour can be transferred). However, the donor shall not be allowed to donate an amount of leave which would reduce the donor’s leave balance or combination of balances below one hundred and twenty (120) hours of available leave time.
