Minimum Funding Threshold. The Seller shall cause the Aggregate Capital to exceed the Minimum Funding Threshold at all times.
Minimum Funding Threshold. The Aggregate Capital plus the Adjusted LC Participation Amount shall exceed the Minimum Funding Threshold.
