Common use of Minimum Interest Charge Clause in Contracts

Minimum Interest Charge. If you are charged Interest, the charge will be no less than the Minimum Interest Charge listed in the chart. The fees that apply to your Account are shown in the purchase balance unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. If charging any fee shown in the chart would exceed first-year fee limits set by law, we may charge an amount allowed by law. If we do this, it does not affect our ability to charge the full fee amount later.
