Minimum Number of Contracted Duty Days. ‌ The BOARD shall have the prerogative to determine the number of contract duty days for each Assistant/Technician and to determine the start date and ending date; provided, however, the minimum number of contracted duty days shall be either one hundred and eighty (180) days or the number of days the employee is presently under contract for, whichever is the greater, provided the employee remains in the same job classification, job class and position.
