Common use of Minimum Purchase Clause in Contracts

Minimum Purchase. No later than ten (10) days after the Effective Date, the Customer agrees to purchase from JetBrains no less than one hundred (100) Subscriptions, each with a Subscription period of no less than three (3) years (“Minimum Purchase”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer may elect to renew any current Subscriptions or purchase any new Subscriptions to satisfy the Minimum Purchase.
