Minimum Qualifications for Instructors Teaching Courses. Instructors who are DISTRICT personnel shall either meet the minimum qualifications to provide instruction in a California community college, or shall work under the immediate supervision and control of a KCCD employee who has those minimum qualifications. The minimum qualifications shall be consistent with the requirements in other similar courses offered by KCCD and shall be published or otherwise listed by KCCD.
