Supervision and Evaluation of Students. Supervision and evaluation of students shall be in accordance with KCCD guidelines, policies, pertinent statutes, and regulations. All students will be under the immediate supervision of an employee of KCCD. For purposes of this paragraph all DISTRICT employees who are teaching the courses shall be deemed to be employees of KCCD.
Supervision and Evaluation of Students. PCCD shall assign faculty to deliver and monitor the instruction of Courses in order to assure the quality and uniformity of instruction in accordance with the standards established by the California Department of Education, PCCD and School District. The Parties shall take necessary measures to ensure that different sections of the same Course are taught in a manner consistent with the approved outline of record for the Course, as required by PCCD. Instruction shall include best practices in teaching and learning and an integrated, outcome- based curriculum and instruction. PCCD and School District shall coordinate to ensure students will receive academic-related support services, such as tutoring, in order to facilitate their success. Supervision and evaluation of students shall be in accordance with PCCD guidelines, policies, pertinent statutes, and regulations, including Title 5 CCR Sections 58051 and 580056. Student conduct will be governed by both PCCD’s Code of Conduct (Administrative Procedure 5500, Board Policy 5500) and any other applicable PCCD policies and procedures and the high school site’s Code of Conduct. During each Course, all students shall be under the immediate instructional supervision and control of the PCCD instructor teaching the Course who may be a PCCD part-time faculty member or PCCD contract faculty member. Instructors shall provide the supervision and control necessary for the protection of the health and safety of students and shall not have any other assigned duty during the instructional activity. Faculty shall be physically present in the classroom or lab or within the line-of-sight of the students.
Supervision and Evaluation of Students. Where required as a part of a placement and to the extent specifically committed as contemplated in Section 1.4, the Health Care Provider will provide supervision of an educational experience placement through qualified personnel of the Health Care Provider and its evaluation, completed in accordance with communicated guidelines from the Educator, of the experience of each student so placed.

During the Course, all students will be under the immediate instructional supervision and control of the PCCD instructor teaching the Course who may be a PCCD part-‐time faculty member or PCCD contract faculty member.

During the hours of instruction, all students will be under the immediate supervision of an employee of PACCD. For purposes of this paragraph, all DISTRICT employees who are teaching the COURSES shall be deemed to be employees of PACCD.

During the Course, all students will be under the immediate instructional supervision and control of an employee of PCCD, including the PCCD instructor teaching the Course.
Supervision and Evaluation of Students. COLLEGE and the Clinical Education Setting shall, in good faith, work cooperatively to assure adequate supervision and evaluation of Students while Students are on-site at the Clinical Education Setting. Both parties shall reinforce with Students: (i) the seriousness of the service being performed at the Clinical Education Setting, including the Students’ impact upon patients' wellbeing; (ii) the importance of abiding by the Clinical Education Setting rules and regulations; and (iii) the confidentiality of patient identities and health information. COLLEGE shall, if the Clinical Education Setting so desires, assure prompt feedback to the Clinical Education Setting regarding Students' evaluation of their clinical experience at the Clinical Education Setting. The Clinical Education Setting shall assure prompt feedback to COLLEGE regarding Students' performance at the Clinical Education Setting and provide any additional feedback as requested, if any.
Supervision and Evaluation of Students. Supervision and evaluation of students shall be in accordance with VCCCD guidelines, policies, pertinent statutes, and regulations. All students will be under the immediate supervision of an employee of VCCCD.
Supervision and Evaluation of Students. Supervision and evaluation of students shall be in accordance with KCCD and DISTRICT guidelines, Board Policies, Administrative Regulations, pertinent statutes, and regulations.
i. All students will be under the immediate supervision of an employee of the DISTRICT or KCCD, as designated by the DISTRICT and KCCD.
ii. Where a health or safety emergency arises at a class at a DISTRICT location, the DISTRICT will be responsible for taking the lead to deal with the health and safety issue and ensure the safety of the school, its staff, and students.
iii. Discipline for actions taken during College Courses will be pursuant to both the DISTRICT and KCCD board policies and administrative regulations.
iv. The DISTRICT shall be responsible for all ADA and Individual Education Plan issues for its students; KCCD shall be responsible for any academic accommodations deemed necessary through the KCCD DSPS program.
Supervision and Evaluation of Students. LTC and SFD shall, in good faith, work cooperatively to assure adequate supervision and evaluation of Students while Students are on-site at the Site.
