Minimum Rent for Expansion Space. (a) Commencing on the Expansion Date and continuing through and until the Expiration Date, Tenant's Minimum Rent for the Expansion Space shall be an annual amount equal to the sum of the product of (x) the annual Minimum Rental Rate identified below for the applicable period identified therein multiplied by (y) the Rentable Square Feet of the Expansion Space.
