Any officer designated by the Police Chief as a SWAT Officer, Police Diver, or K-9 Officer, Drug Recognition Expert ( DRE), Crisis Negotiator, or Crash Reconstructionist shall commit to such position for a period of Three (3) years from the point of certification in their respective designation. This minimum service requirement shall be prospective and not affect any currently selected or serving employees covered under this agreement. 2. An officer may request from the chief to withdraw from a position prior to the end of 3 years on the basis of reasonable good cause. Good cause includes, but is not limited to, promotion or other advancement, family/personal hardship, injury, illness, competency, etc. Withdrawal under reasonable good cause shall not adversely impact the officer’s standing or future interests such as other specialties, opportunities, promotion, or performance review. A withdrawal without good cause or removal from a position for unsatisfactory performance may be documented in the officer's annual performance review and be a considering factor in future requests for specialty assignments. 3. The minimum service requirement of 3 years shall not be used as a factor or adversely affect an officer's potential for advancement through promotion.

Minimum Service Requirement. In recognition of significant time and expense invested by the School Committee in the training of new officers, all officers hired on or after November 15, 2021, shall be expected to remain employed as a School Police Officer by the Brockton Public Schools for a minimum of three (3) years following the completion of the academy training.   • Invoice Requirements Contractor hereby waives the right to enforce any term which contradicts or modifies any term of the solicitation or any Contract that may result, including subsequent amendments to the Contract, or would result in an unencumbered expense if enforced against the state. Contract quote and invoice must contain, at a minimum:

  • Notice Requirement No termination of this Agreement shall be effective unless and until the party terminating this Agreement gives prior written notice to all other parties to this Agreement of its intent to terminate which notice shall set forth the basis for such termination. Furthermore, in the event that any termination is based upon the provisions of Article VII, or the provision of Section 10.1(a), 10.1(i) or 10.1(j) of this Agreement, such prior written notice shall be given in advance of the effective date of termination as required by such provisions; and

  • Performance Requirements A. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work which will be ordered under this Contract. B. The total Contract amount will not exceed $4,900,000. C. This is a Contract for work specified in individual Job Orders. Work ordered prior to but not completed by the expiration of the Contract period, and any additional work required as a result of unforeseen conditions encountered during construction up to six (6) months after the contract expiration date, will be completed with all provisions of this Contract still in force.   • Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement.
