Waiting Period. All full-time employees who are actively working and have completed thirty (30) days service shall be enrolled for the coverages and benefits set forth in this Exhibit as a condition of employment.
Waiting Period. There is a three (3) calendar day waiting period before Workers' Compensation benefits commence. If the injured worker loses any time on the day of injury, that day counts as day one (1) of the waiting period. If the injured worker does not lose time on the date of injury, the waiting period will be the first three (3) calendar days the employee does not work as a result of the injury. The time the employee is scheduled to work during this waiting period will be charged to the employee's sick leave and/or vacation accruals. In order to qualify for Workers' Compensation the employee must be under the care of a physician. Temporary compensation is payable on the first three (3) days of disability when the injury necessitates hospitalization, or when the disability exceeds fourteen (14) days.
Waiting Period. There is a one (1) day Waiting Period per Pet before We will cover an Injury, except for cruciate ligament related condition, where there is a one hundred and eighty (180)‐day
Waiting Period. There is a three hundred and sixty‐five (365) day Waiting Period per Pet before We will cover a Pre‐existing Condition. Waiting Periods are waived for subsequent renewals and add‐on coverage from a preceding Policy year provided You maintain an active Policy, with no gap in coverage, annually renewed and continuously in‐force.
Waiting Period. Regardless of the number of claims made during the period of insurance, Our total liability of insurance for each Pet for all Covered Expenses will not exceed the amount shown on the Declarations Page under the Annual Limit, subject to Coinsurance and Deductible requirements and Per Incident Limits.
Waiting Period. Employees who are eligible for hospital-medical insurance benefits will be covered on the first day of the month following sixty (60) days of continuous employment. Any regular employee laid off and subsequently returned to work, will be eligible for employer-paid insurance coverage as soon as administratively possible after the date of his/her return to work.
Waiting Period. Occupational injury leave may not be used within seven (7) days of the date of injury or date of a reactivation. Normal sick leave may be used during this time period. However, if an employee is treated at a hospital/urgent care treatment facility by a medical doctor due to a serious on-duty injury who orders the employee not to work, no loss of sick leave shall occur.
Waiting Period. A probationary employee who has completed ninety (90) calendar days of continuous civic employment since the last date the employee commenced employment as a probationary employee with the City, or a permanent employee, shall be a member of the Income Protection Plan. However, an employee who is absent from work on the date that they would have been eligible to participate in the Income Protection Plan shall not be eligible to participate in the Plan until they have returned to work for the City for a period of at least ten (10) consecutive days of work.
1.01.01 An employee who is absent from work due to personal non- occupational disability for one (1) complete pay period or more, during the ninety (90) calendar day waiting period shall have the waiting period extended by the number of days of work the employee was absent due to such disability.
1.01.02 An employee who is on approved leave of absence without pay during the waiting period, for a period of one (1) complete pay period or more, shall have the waiting period extended by the number of days of work the employee was absent due to such leave.
Waiting Period. Employees who are eligible for life insurance benefits will be covered on the first day of the month following sixty (60) days of continuous employment.
