Minimum Standard of Living Sample Clauses

Minimum Standard of Living. If there is to be no community property or very little community property to support the parties' lifestyle, the practitioner may want to include a contractual obligation of support during the marriage which is to be paid from the monied spouse's separate estate. This would ensure that the non-monied spouse would live in the big house, drive the fancy car and see and be seen with all the "beautiful people" the other party did not contest the property agreement in the divorce. This may give the spouses an additional comfort level in entering into the property agreement.
