Minimum Technical Requirements. The Service Provider must provide DRR in accordance with the technical requirements of this Part E of Schedule 4 and the relevant Operating Parameters for each Providing Unit. Unless stated otherwise, all quantities used in DRR calculations are referenced at the Connection Point and conversion factors will be used to convert values that are not so provided where necessary.
