Assessment of RR Performance. In order to assess the quality of delivery of RR when required by the Power System, the Providing Unit will be monitored and assessed during an Event by the Company. The assessment of RR performance is carried out over the RR time range of T+20 minutes to T+1 hour (“RR Time Period”). The value of the RR(Synchronised) Performance Scalar and/or RR(De-Synchronised) Performance Scalar will be determined based on whether the result of the Performance Assessment is a Pass or Fail. Assessment of RR Performance. In order to assess the quality of delivery of RR when required by the power system, the Generating Unit will be monitored and assessed over the RR time range of T+20 minutes to T+ 4 hours (“RR Time Period”) taking into account, but not limited to, the power system Frequency, Dispatch Instructions and the status of the Generating Unit prior to the Frequency Event. Monitoring and assessment of RR shall be undertaken in accordance with this Section 7 and the provisions of OC11.5.5 of the Grid Code (Spinning Reserve Monitoring) shall not apply to this Agreement.

  • Time for Performance 1.1. The term of this SOW Agreement shall begin on and end on (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term may be extended as the parties may agree. The State may terminate this SOW for convenience upon thirty days prior written notice to the Contractor. If the Master Agreement should expire or otherwise terminate prior to the end of the term of this SOW Agreement, this SOW Agreement shall continue to the end of its existing term, unless or until terminated in accordance with the terms of this SOW Agreement, and the Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of the Master Agreement shall survive and apply to this SOW Agreement.

  • Consideration for Performance The consideration to be paid to the Contractor under this Agreement will be compensation for all the Contractor’s expenses incurred in the performance of this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided.
