Minimum Unit Size. The minimum acceptable unit sizes in the Affordable Projects are 575 square feet for a 1-bedroom, 800 square feet for a 2-bedroom, and 1,100 square feet for a 3- bedroom. In the OCII Affordable Project, a minimum of 1 bathroom is required for the 1- and 2- bedroom units and a minimum of 1.5 bathrooms is required for a 3-bedroom unit.
