Minimum Unsecured Debt Ratio. The Obligors will, and will cause its Subsidiaries to, have at all times Total Unencumbered Assets of not less than 150% of the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Unsecured Indebtedness of the Obligors and their Subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
