Minimums and Maximum Annual Assessment. The minimum annual assessment shall he One Hundred Twenty and no/100 Dollars ($12O.OO) per year per Lot and the maximum annual assessment shall be Six Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($6OO.00) per year per Lot. The Association, at its option' may allow the payment of the annual assessment on a monthly or quarterly basis. For each calendar year following 1995, the foregoing maximum annual assessment may be increased by the Board of Directors each year by an amount up to, but not in excess of five percent (5%) of the maximum annual assessment for the previous year without a vote of the membership. Following the Transfer of Control, in the event the Board of Directors determines that an increase in excess of such amount is required, the amount of assessment exceeding such limitation shall be automatically effective thirty (30) days after the Association sends written notice to each Owner of the amount and necessity of such increased assessment unless the Association receives written objection to such increased assessment by Members entitled to cast more than fifty percent (50%) of the percentage values or the votes eligible to be cast by Members of the Association within such thirty (30) day period or a special meeting of members is called within such thirty (30) day period and the excess assessment is disapproved by a like vote of the Members at such meeting.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit The Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit with respect to each Fund shall be the amount specified in Schedule A based on a percentage of the average daily net assets of each Fund.

  • Treatment of Unallowable Costs Previously Submitted for Payment Mallinckrodt further agrees that within 120 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement it shall identify to applicable Medicare and TRICARE fiscal intermediaries, carriers, and/or contractors, and Medicaid and FEHBP fiscal agents, any Unallowable Costs (as defined in this Paragraph) included in payments previously sought from the United States, or any State Medicaid program, including, but not limited to, payments sought in any cost reports, cost statements, information reports, or payment requests already submitted by Mallinckrodt or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, and shall request, and agree, that such cost reports, cost statements, information reports, or payment requests, even if already settled, be adjusted to account for the effect of the inclusion of the Unallowable Costs. Mallinckrodt agrees that the United States, at a minimum, shall be entitled to recoup from Mallinckrodt any overpayment plus applicable interest and penalties as a result of the inclusion of such Unallowable Costs on previously-submitted cost reports, information reports, cost statements, or requests for payment. Any payments due after the adjustments have been made shall be paid to the United States pursuant to the direction of the Department of Justice and/or the affected agencies. The United States reserves its rights to disagree with any calculations submitted by Mallinckrodt or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates on the effect of inclusion of Unallowable Costs (as defined in this Paragraph) on Mallinckrodt or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates’ cost reports, cost statements, or information reports.

  • Annual Allowance The Corporation shall pay to the Executive, in cash, in a lump sum, on the Payment Date an amount equal to two times the annual allowance to which the Executive is entitled as of the date of the Date of Termination (or, if higher, as of immediately prior to the Effective Date).
