Ministerial Nature of Duties. As between the Lenders, the L/C Issuer and itself, the Agent shall not have any duties or responsibilities except those expressly set forth in this Agreement or in the other Loan Documents, and those duties and responsibilities shall be subject to the limitations and qualifications set forth in this Article IX. The duties of the Agent shall be ministerial and administrative in nature. The Co-Agents shall have no duties as agents hereunder.
