Ministerial Nature of Duties. As among the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent shall have no duties or responsibilities except those expressly set forth in this Agreement, the Notes or in the other Loan Documents, and those duties and responsibilities shall be subject to the limitations and qualifications set forth in this Article VIII. The duties of the Administrative Agent shall be ministerial and administrative in nature.
