Minor Discrepancies. 1. Where the origin of the goods is not in doubt, the discovery of minor discrepancies between the information in the Certificate of Origin and in the documents submitted to the customs authorities of the importing Party shall not, of themselves, invalidate the Certificate of Origin, if such information in fact corresponds to the goods submitted. 2. For multiple goods declared under the same Certificate of Origin, a problem encountered with one of the goods listed shall not affect or delay the granting of preferential tariff treatment for the remaining goods covered by the Certificate of Origin.
