Common use of Minor Modification Procedure Clause in Contracts

Minor Modification Procedure. a. The City Manager, or his/her designee, may approve minor modifications to the Concept Plan and to the Site Plan. b. A minor modification to a plan does not decrease setbacks shown on the plan, does not decrease parking, and does not permit a use that would not otherwise be permitted under the current zoning. c. The decision of the City Manager, or his/her designee, may be appealed to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
