Common use of Minority and Female Business Enterprises Clause in Contracts

Grantee shall make determined and good faith efforts to use minority and female business enterprises in its contracted expenditures, including, without limitation, contracts for the acquisition of goods, services, materials, supplies, and equipment used in the construction, maintenance, and operation of its Cable System.
