MIP Documents. With respect to each Mortgage Loan to be insured by HUD or the VA, after the funding of the Purchased Mortgage Loan and payment of any premium thereafter, Seller has submitted all documents required by the applicable agency to insure such Mortgage Loan (regardless of whether such documents are required to be contained in the related servicing file) within thirty (30) days of the origination date of such Mortgage Loan.
