MISCELLANEOUS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES. The Administrator shall provide such other Administrative Services as are necessary or appropriate to fully effectuate the purpose of the Reinsurance Agreement and this Agreement, including such Administrative Services as are not performed by or on behalf of the Company on the date hereof but the need for which may arise due to changes or developments in Applicable Law.
