Miscellaneous Amendments Under Base Indenture; Ratification of Base Indenture. (a) Section 7.02(d) of the Base Indenture is hereby amended with respect to the Notes to replace the word “costs” with “losses”. (b) Except as amended hereby with respect to the Notes, the Base Indenture, as amended and supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and this Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed part of the Base Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided.
