Miscellaneous Clauses. 9.1 We reserve the right to improve or modify any of the products without prior notice, provided that such improvement or modification shall not effect the form and function of the product. 9.2 Any specification, sales literature, quotation etc. shall be strictly confidential and must not be made available to third parties.
