Miscellaneous Confidentiality Matters. 20.4.1 Any confidentiality agreement to which a Limited Partner may be required to agree in order to access any website maintained by the General Partner, the Fund Manager or the Fund for the purpose of making certain documents available or delivering notices to the Limited Partners (or for any other purpose) shall be subject to (and governed by) the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement, such that the terms of this Agreement shall control over any conflicting terms of the website.
