Miscellaneous Repairs Clause Samples

The Miscellaneous Repairs clause outlines the responsibilities for performing minor or non-structural repairs within a property or under a contract. Typically, this clause specifies which party—such as a tenant, landlord, or contractor—is obligated to address small maintenance issues like fixing leaky faucets, replacing broken tiles, or repairing door handles. By clearly assigning responsibility for these everyday repairs, the clause helps prevent disputes over maintenance duties and ensures that minor issues are addressed promptly, maintaining the property's condition and usability.
