Miscellaneous Rules of Construction. References in this Agreement to Sections, Schedules and Exhibits are to Sections of, and Schedules and Exhibits to, this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated. The words "hereof", "herein", "hereunder" and comparable terms refer to the entirety of this Agreement and not to any particular Article, Section or other subdivision hereof or attachment hereto. Words in the singular include the plural and words in the plural include the singular. This Agreement shall be construed without regard to any presumption or other rule requiring construction against the party causing this Agreement or any party thereof to be drafted.
