No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Meraki Media Design that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. Lawful Use The Product is solely for lawful purposes and use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Product is in accordance with this agreement and any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules and other government authority.
NON-SMOKING UNIT - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. ENTRY BY OWNER - Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency). If maintenance items are reported during your stay, please expect that maintenance will enter the home to address the reported items. Guests do not need to be present for maintenance activity.
Permitted License Uses and Restrictions (a) This Order Form Supplement allows you, as an authorized User under the Master Subscription Agreement, to use the Software on any Supported Device and on no other devices.
