Miscellaneous Uses. The right without further payment to make and use copies of the Work or recordings of the Work as included in the Programme for: (i) the private purposes of the BBC (including staff training) or the purposes covered by this agreement (ii) broadcasting brief excerpts in programmes of an historic or reminiscent nature (iii) deposit, if the recording is considered of permanent interest with the National Sound Archive and with similar archive-holding bodies for preservation purposes and for private study by bona fide students
