A misdemeanor traffic case is any appointment to represent a person on a misdemeanor traffic charge for which a convicted defendant may be incarcerated as an original sentence under the Oregon Vehicle Code, other than a traffic offense charged as a felony or DUII. For statistical purposes, report cases in the following categories: (a) Misdemeanor Driving While Suspended (DWSS). (b) Other Traffic Misdemeanor (OTMS).
