Common use of MISO Services Clause in Contracts

MISO Services. The BGS-FP Supplier shall make all necessary arrangements for the delivery of BGS-FP Supply to the Delivery Points through the MISO. Each of the Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-FP Supplier’s actual BGS-FP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-FP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-FP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements. The BGS-FP Supplier shall remain responsible to the MISO for the performance of its obligations associated with the provision of BGS-FP Supply to the Delivery Points under this Agreement until this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article 4.

Each of the Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-FP LFP Supplier’s actual BGS-FP LFP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-FP LFP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-FP LFP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements. The BGS-FP LFP Supplier shall remain responsible to the MISO for the performance of its obligations associated with the provision of BGS-FP LFP Supply to the Delivery Points under this Agreement until this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article 4.

Each of the Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-FP LRTP Supplier’s actual BGS-FP LRTP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-FP LRTP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-FP LRTP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements. The BGS-FP LRTP Supplier shall remain responsible to the MISO for the performance of its obligations associated with the provision of BGS-FP LRTP Supply to the Delivery Points under this Agreement until this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article 4.
