Misrepresentation and Incontestability. The policy will be void and the Insurer’s liability will be limited to the return of any premiums paid if incomplete, inaccurate, untrue or wrong information was submitted to the Insurer at any time and a claim arises under the policy during the first two (2) years from the Effective Date of Individual Insurance or two (2) years from most recent date of Reinstatement.
