Missing Persons Policy. Under federal law (The Higher Education Opportunity Act), Licensee has the right to confidentially register the name and contact information of an individual that Licensee would like to be contacted (within twenty-four (24) hours) if it is determined that Licensee is missing from the Residential Facility and/or Licensee’s whereabouts are unknown for a period of twenty-four (24) hours or more.
