Common use of Missing Persons Policy Clause in Contracts

Missing Persons Policy. Under new federal law, the Licensee has the right to confidentially register the name and contact information of an individual that Licensee would like to be contacted (within twenty-four (24) hours) if it is determined that Licensee is missing from the campus and/or Licensee’s whereabouts are unknown for a period of twenty-four (24) hours or more.
