PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. This Agreement shall be binding on the employer named in clause 1 of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), the Construction, Forestry Mining and Energy Union, Victorian Building Unions Division and FEDFA Division (hereinafter referred to as “the union”) its officers and all employees of the company eligible to be members of the union.
PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. This agreement shall be binding upon the enterprise named in clause 1 of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the enterprise”), the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (CEPU – hereinafter referred to as “the Union”) its officers and all employees of the enterprise eligible to be members of the Union.
PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: -
2.1.1 Professional Plumbing Contractors Pty Ltd (ABN: 75 124 207 969) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and
2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:-
(a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.
PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. This Agreement shall cover: -
2.1 Fireline Pty Ltd (ABN: 98 070 495 936) (employer) in respect of persons employed in connection with the preparing, erecting, fitting, fixing, altering, overhauling or repairing or maintaining or inspection and testing of apparatus, pipes and/or fittings in and/or outside of buildings, ships or other structures for the extinguishment of fire by automatic sprinklers and/or other fire protection systems; and
2.2 Persons employed by the employer in connection with the preparing, erecting, fitting, fixing, altering overhauling or repairing or maintaining or inspection and testing of apparatus, pipes and/or fittings in and/or outside of buildings, ships or other structures for the extinguishment of fire by automatic sprinklers and/or other fire protection systems (’employees’); and
2.3 the Communications Electrical Electronic Energy Information Postal Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia 128v (CEPU)(Union). On the condition that the Union has given notice under Section 183 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (C’th) (FW Act) that it wants the Agreement to cover it and in accordance with Section 201(2) of the FW Act, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) has noted that the Agreement covers the Union.
2.4 The terms of this agreement will not apply to:-
(a) the employment of plumbers by an employer covered by the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020 (PFS Award); and / or
(b) to employees principally engaged in installing plumbing systems; and / or
(c) the employment of weekly engaged employees fully employed in workshops off site.
PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. The parties to this Agreement are FORM 700 PTY LTD (“Company”) and the Construction, Forestry Mining and Energy Union, (“CFMEU”) and is binding on them. This agreement also binds all persons whose employment is, at any time when this Agreement is in operation, subject to the Agreement
PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. (i) The Company in respect to all of its employees engaged in domestic or commercial building and construction work on and off site including maintenance and any other work connected to that work.
(ii) Employees of the Company who are engaged in any of the occupations callings or industries specified in this Agreement.

a) (Company Name) the”enterprise” in respect to employees in it’s Victorian building and construction commercial refrigeration installation and service operations engaged in the occupations of Refrigeration Mechanic and/or General Assistant/Labourer who are eligible to be members of the CEPU, and
b) the Communications; Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (CEPU) “the union” and it’s members employed as in 1 .3a) above, by the enterprise
PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. The parties to this Agreement are Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Refractory Services Pty Ltd (Herein referred to as the Company), PO Box 92 Bulli NSW 2516 and Employees of the Company and is binding on them. This agreement also binds all persons whose employment is, at any time when this Agreement is in operation, subject to the Agreement
