Common use of Missing the deadlines Clause in Contracts

Missing the deadlines. If the Client misses any deadlines for the supply of content and comments set by the Company, any publishing, distribution and marketing may be delayed. Additionally, further reasonable fees may become payable which may, at the Company’s sole discretion, be charged to the Client where such fees are attributable to the Client missing the deadlines. Where the Client provides unclear or ambiguous instructions, this shall also be considered to constitute the Client missing the deadlines. Whether any instructions provided by the Client are to be considered unclear or ambiguous shall be determined by the Company in its absolute discretion, acting reasonably.
