Filming. 28.1 The Client shall cooperate with the Company in good faith with all requests and activities of the Company in relation to the scheduled filming for the video or recording in order to facilitate the provision of the Services. The Client shall further provide all assistance reasonably required by the Company in order to enable the Company to film and develop the video or podcast audio recording. 28.2 In the event that the agreed Filming Location is unavailable for any reason outside of the Company's control, the Company reserves the right to film at an alternative location. 28.3 Where videos or podcasts are to be recorded remotely, the Client undertakes to cooperate in good faith with the Company over the scheduled times for the recording, and where the Client is to facilitate the recording itself, it must use high-quality professional recording equipment suitable for the intended use, and transfer media in a file format agreeable to the Company.

Filming. Lessor agrees that Lessee may authorize the use of the Premises for filming of motion pictures, television tapes or films, commercials, videos, documentaries, commentaries, and any and all other still, electronic and other image capture purposes (collectively, “Filming”). Lessor agrees that any Filming may be performed during, before or after normal business hours. Upon Lessee’s written request, Lessor shall execute such documentation required in connection with such Filming, including, without limitation, executing releases required by third parties filming on the Premises. All such third parties Filming on the Premises shall provide a certificate of insurance naming both Lessor and Lessee as an additional insured.

The time periods and charges for providing notice of such changes are as follows: (a) where the Client provides a minimum of ten (10) Business Daysprior notice to the Company prior to the Filming Date, there shall be no fee; (b) where the Client provides notice between six (6) and ten (10) Business Days’ prior to the Company prior to the Filming Date, the fee shall be £1,500 (plus VAT); and (c) where the Client provides notice of (5) Business Days prior to the Filming Date or less, the fee shall be £3,000 (plus VAT). 28.4 Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, all filming shall take place in the United Kingdom and the phrase 'international' shall be construed accordingly. 28.5 Agreeing Filming Locations or Dates. Where the Order Form does not specify the Filming Times, Filming Dates or Filming Locations, or specifies that such details are to be agreed by the parties: (a) the Client shall promptly, and in any event within fourteen (14) days of receiving such request, respond to all requests or suggestions of the Company for Filming Times, Filming Dates and/or Filming Locations, as well as any other details to be agreed relating to the Services; (b) where the Client is unable to agree to any Filming Dates, Filming Times or Filming Locations, the Client shall promptly, and in any event within fourteen (14) days of receiving any communication or request from the Client, suggest an alternative; and (c) if, after either (i) a period of three months has elapsed since the initial request or proposal for any prospective Filming Date, Filming Location or Filming Time by the Company, or (ii) if the Client has not provided alternative suggestions for Filming Dates, Filming Times or Filming Locations within fourteen

(2) The producers, scriptwriters, directors and professionals of co- productions, as well as technicians participating in the production, m ust be nationals of the I talian Republic or the Republic of South Africa, or nationals of m em ber States of the European Union or m em ber states of the African Union including Southern African Developm ent Com m unity region ( SADC) or perm anent residents of The Republic of South Africa. (3) Should the film so require, the participation of professionals who are not cit izens of one of the co- producing countries m ay be perm it xxx, but only in exceptional circum stances, and subject to agreement between the competent authorities of both Parties. (4) Foreign professionals who are norm ally resident and or em ployed in the Republic of South Africa or I talian Republic or m ay, in exceptional circum stances take part in co- production as residents of one or the other of the said countries.
Filming. Both the parent/guardian and student consent to the student being filmed during lessons. Each AFSI vehicle is equipped with an internal and external dash camera to record driving performance and events on the road. The purpose of these cameras are for safety, quality control and for training purposes. These videos will not be distributed externally without prior consent. Filming. 1. A film crew not to exceed three (3) persons from an outlet will be allowed access, without charge, to an FHSAA State Series contest to shoot news film clips, highlights or interviews for use as part of the outlet’s regular coverage or other special news programs. The outlet may not broadcast/telecast/webcast single-event contest highlights for more than the following allowable times: For the sports of competitive cheerleading, swimming & diving, track & field and wrestling: one (1) minute of individual event/ competition footage, or half the time it takes to complete the individual event, whichever is less.

(3) Should the film so require, the participation of professionals who are not in the conditions provided by paragraph 2 may be permitted, but only in exceptional circumstances, and subject to agreement between the competent authorities of both Parties. (4) Foreign professionals who are resident and/or normally employed in the Italian Republic or in the Argentine Republic may, in exceptional circumstances, take part in co-production as long term residents of one or the other of the said countries.
