Common use of Mission fuel burn Clause in Contracts

Mission fuel burn. In carrying a fixed Payload of ** over a still air stage distance of ** the trip fuel burnt when operated under the conditions defined in paragraphs 3.7.1 to 3.7.7 inclusive above shall be not more than a guaranteed value of ** and the block time will not be more than a guaranteed value of **. Block time is defined as the time for engine start-up and taxi-out, take-off, climb, cruise, descent, approach and landing as defined in paragraphs 3.7.2 to 3.7.5 above.
