Mission Suitability. The Mission Suitability Factor has a potential of 1000 points. The Mission Suitability Factor consists of three Subfactors: Subfactor 1 - Management (MGMT) Subfactor 2 - Technical (TECH) Subfactor 3 - Small Business Utilization (SB). These three Subfactors will be evaluated and scored using the adjectival rating and point scoring system described in M.2, Method of Evaluation. The numerical weights assigned to the Subfactors, below, are indicative of the relative importance of those evaluation areas.
