MISSTATEMENT OF AGE OR SEX. In the event of an increase or reduction in the amount payable under a policy due to a misstatement in age or sex, the proportionate liabilities under this Agreement will be the basis for determining each party's share of any increase or reduction. The Reinsured Policy will be rewritten from commencement on the basis of the adjusted amounts using premiums and amounts at risk for the correct ages and sex, and the proper adjustment for the difference in reinsurance premiums, without interest, will be made.
