To the best of the Mortgagor’s knowledge, no statement of fact made in the Loan Documents contains any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state any material fact necessary to make statements contained herein or therein not materially misleading. To the best of the Mortgagor’s knowledge, there is no fact presently known to the Mortgagor which has not been disclosed which materially adversely affects, nor as far as the Mortgagor can foresee, might materially adversely affect the business, operations or condition (financial or otherwise) of the representing party.
