Mist Obligations. Mist will provide the benefits in accordance with the Mist Partner Program Guide and the tier to which Juniper Partner is assigned, including, but not limited to: (a) training in sales and support of Mist Products; (b) access to evaluation and not-for- resale (“NFR”) Mist Products; and (d) sample marketing materials.
