Mitsubishi Name. The use by MUMSS of the Mitsubishi Name to the full extent and for the duration permitted in accordance with the terms of the MUFG-MUMSS Trade Xxxx and Trade Name License Agreement will, prior to the Closing, have been consented to by the Mitsubishi Corporate Name and Trademark Committee (Mitsubishi Shamei Shōhyō Iinkai), in each case, in accordance with all applicable rules and procedures.
